META Group Consulting conducted a vendor-independent study of the costs and benefits of intranet deployments across a wide range of organizations, both in terms of size and industry.

  • Study results show that 80 percent of companies generated a positive ROI*
  • Average annualized return of those companies was 38 percent
    *A positive ROI indicates that the quantifiable benefits of an intranet application exceed the cost of its implementation.
